CAMPGROUND RULES

We hope you enjoy your stay! Please keep in mind the needs and interests of your fellow campers. In order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our campers we have placed the following rules into effect.

GENERAL:

·One camping unit per site- occupancy based on 4 people

·Check out time is 11:00 am. Re-register by 10:00 am if staying additional days. Unapproved late checkouts will be charged $10.00 / hr until departure. Check in anytime after 2pm until dark.

·Park quiet hours are 10pm until 7am. No music during quiet hours. Children must be at their site. No guests after 9 pm.

·Observe posted speed limits, 10mph where not posted. Exercise great care when driving in the campground. Remember young children are playing in the area and can appear suddenly. Don't let an accident spoil your vacation.

·Please use roads and walkways to move around the campground. DO NOT cut through other campers' sites.

·Trespassing on The Homestead's neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.  Anyone violating this policy will cause their entire party to be dismissed with no refund.

·Absolutely NO fireworks!

 Help us maintain the campground. If you see an issue please inform us! We discourage the use of glass containers within the campground.

POOL:

·Pool hours are 11am until 8pm

·There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty, swim at your own risk.

·Parent/guardian must accompany and remain with children under 14 years of age.

·NO SMOKING in pool area

·NO GLASS CONTAINERS in pool area

PETS:

·Pets are welcome at The Homestead.

·Pets must be leashed/contained at all times and must be cleaned up after.  Barking must be controlled so that other campers are not disturbed.

·NO PETS in pool or playground area!

·Vaccination records must be available upon request.

·If your pet is determined to be disruptive you will be required to board your pet at another location.

FIRES:

·Campfires are only permitted in the fire rings provided.   All campfires must be extinguished before going to bed or before leaving your campsite

·Transporting firewood from outside The Homestead is not allowed. Firewood is provided for purchase by The Homestead. No scavenging, please.

·Please use extreme caution when smoking. Make sure all cigarettes/cigars/matches are extinguished and any unused portion is disposed of properly.  DO NOT throw them on the ground!

GARBAGE:

·Please deposit all garbage and recyclables in the receptacles provided.

·Leave your campsite clean and tidy for the next camper.

VEHICLES:

·No ATVs. Golf cart drivers must be licensed to operate a motor vehicle.

·All vehicles must stay on roads or designated areas.

VISITORS:

·Guests are welcome at the campsites. All guest need to check in with management before entering the camping area.  Overnight guests are not allowed unless they are accompanied by the site renter and pay any applicable overnight fees.

CANCELLATIONS:

·In the event you need to cancel your reservation we need a 7 day notification for a refund minus a $20.00 cancellation fee.  (*This is for non- seasonal campers only. Seasonal campers please see your contract for cancellation details.)  Cancellations made 6 days or less prior to scheduled arrival will be issued a credit on account for the amount of deposit to be used in our campground within the same season.

·Holiday Weekends- NO REFUNDS!!   Sites will be held until 11 pm only without prior notice. Party will be responsible for ALL reserved nights.

·Early departures are not eligible for refunds.

We reserve the right to substitute sites if necessary
